The user and master passwords should be changed prior to installation and tested. Write down new passwords and keep in a safe place.
By default, the miniK10 is set to Locker Mode.
The miniK10 can easily be set to Personal Mode with either of the two below steps:
Before battery tab is removed, hold down key, pull the tab and key the key pressed 3 seconds
Dial #, then the Master password, then * and 1 0.
Individual working mode will be active in your lock.
Don't forget to change your password.
The lock can be reset to factory settings using the master password.
To do this, first dial #, then the Master password, then 0 1.
Your lock returns to multi-user mode.

The master password does not change when the factory setting is restored.
Accepted: Green LED lights up with 2 intermittent beeps
Wrong password: Red LED blinks with 4 repeated audio warnings.
Low batterty: Red LED blinks 5 times after each operation.
Lock is open: 1 min after door is opened, lock gives audible warning 8 times every 5 sec
You can open it using the master password. To do this, first key in #, then the master password, then press #.
There is no other password that can unlock when master and other passwords are forgotten.
Remove the covers from the sockets of the red and green LEDs, insert the pins of the miniK10 compatible Power Adapter into these sockets and press. When the lock wakes up, enter your password and unlock.
Remove the lock from the cabinet door. Remove the battery cover on the back of the lock with a Phillips screwdriver. Take the battery out of its socket and replace it with 1 new 3V Lithium CR 2450 button battery.
If the battery is about to run out, the red light starts to flash immediately after the on/off operation. After giving this warning, the lock can open and close 100-150 times.
The first thing that comes to mind is -The battery may be dead. Follow Items 7 and 8.
Check the rotating tongue direction.
Check whether the right-left selector part is installed correctly.
There may have been a malfunction in the rotation mechanisms due to the damage caused by forcing.
If the lock handle does not turn; The battery may be dead due to prolonged inactivity or excessive use.
Mechanical jamming may have occurred due to excessive tightening of the nut.
The battery may be weak
The battery may be dead.
